These terms apply to your use of www.viswana.com and the content on it. The site describes the services of Viswana Studio (“Viswana”, “we”) — product engineering, SaaS development, distributed systems, cloud and DevOps, and AI engineering. Content on the site (including case studies, journal posts, and the work samples shown) is provided for information only and does not create an engagement, warranty, or guarantee of results.

Work samples and third-party projects

Case studies describe products we have built. The products themselves and their brands remain the property of their owners, and screenshots are shown with permission. If you believe any material on the site infringes your rights, write to [email protected] and we will address it promptly.

Engagements

No services are contracted through this website. Engagements start only when both sides sign a written statement of work or similar agreement, which will set out scope, fees, IP ownership, confidentiality, warranties, and liability. Unless an agreement says otherwise, source code and infrastructure you pay for are yours: we sign IP assignment before work begins.

No warranties and limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Where we provide engineering services, liability is governed solely by the signed agreement for that work — nothing on this site expands or limits it.
