What this policy covers

This policy explains what information Viswana Studio (“Viswana”, “we”) collects through this website (www.viswana.com), why we collect it, and the choices you have. We build software for other businesses; we do not sell data and we do not run behavioural advertising on this site.

Information you send us

When you use the contact form we ask for your name, your work email address, and a message about your project. We use that information only to reply to you, prepare a proposal, or otherwise discuss working together. Messages are transmitted over HTTPS and delivered to our team inbox through Resend, our email provider. If you email us directly at [email protected] the same applies.

Information collected automatically

Like any website served over the internet, our hosting providers (Vercel and Cloudflare) process standard connection data — such as IP address, user agent, and request logs — to deliver pages securely and to protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare also provides privacy- friendly, cookie-less web analytics for aggregate visitor statistics (for example, page views and rough region), and it obfuscates the email address shown on the site so automated harvesters cannot read it.

Cookies

We do not set marketing or tracking cookies. Cookies set by Cloudflare and Vercel are limited to security and delivery functions (for example bot protection). Analytics on this site do not rely on cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. Information you submit may be seen by the small number of providers required to operate the site (hosting, email delivery), and we may share project details you send us with our own engineers and subcontractors if we start work with you — always under confidentiality obligations in our agreements.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the life of the engagement plus what the law requires. Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise any of these by writing to [email protected], and we will respond within a reasonable time (normally within 30 days).

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be called out on this page. This policy is provided for general information and is not legal advice; we are happy to sign whatever data-processing terms your own policies require before we start work.
